(a) the seniority agreed in London cannot now be altered.

The Special Memo at 11 (2) is being cancelled forthwith. (b) the option cannot be extended beyond 15th. July 1947. (c) the question of salaries will be dealt with by the Salaries

Commission to which your proposals will be submitted.
